Which room types are available?
Deluxe Garden View, Deluxe Pool View and Deluxe Ocean View. All three include the same transfers and tours; only the room view and price change.
How do the tours work?
Tours are on a shared (SIC) basis and follow our fixed schedule. For a 3-night stay, 1 or 2 tours are provided. A private car (Ertiga or similar) is available as an upgrade - share your schedule at least one week before arrival.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancelling 15 to 21 days before arrival: 75% charges. Cancelling 14 days or less before arrival: 100% charges. Exact dates are confirmed with your booking.
Is there a tourist fee?
Yes. From 1 October 2025 Mauritius charges a Tourist Fee of 3 Euro per person per night for guests aged 12 and above, paid directly at the hotel at check-in.
When is the best time to visit?
Mauritius is warm all year. May to December is drier and less humid. January to March is the hottest and wettest period, with a chance of cyclones.
