These terms apply when you use planmauritius.com or book a holiday, tour or service through Plan Mauritius. By sending an enquiry or making a booking you agree to them.
Quotes and bookings
Prices and availability shown on the website are a guide. Your booking is confirmed only when we send you a written confirmation. Each quote states what is included, what is not, and the total price.
Payments, changes and cancellations
Payment terms, change rules and cancellation charges depend on the package, the hotel or operator and the time of year. They are set out in your written quote and confirmation, which you should read before paying. If a supplier cancels or changes a service, we will tell you as soon as we can and offer a suitable alternative or a refund of the affected part, according to the supplier’s terms.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for having a valid passport, any required visa, travel insurance and the health documents needed for your trip, and for arriving on time for transfers and activities. Please give us accurate information about everyone travelling, including ages and any special requirements.
Third-party suppliers
Hotels, transport companies and activity operators provide their services under their own terms. We choose them with care but cannot control weather, sea conditions or events beyond our reasonable control, which can affect timings or availability.
Liability
We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law that cannot be limited. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by a supplier or by events outside our control.

The content on this site belongs to Plan Mauritius or its licensors. Please do not copy it or use it for commercial purposes without permission. We try to keep information accurate, but it can change without notice.
