How are children charged?
Enter each child's age in the booking form. Babies under 2 stay free at the hotel; children pay the hotel's child rate and the child price for each excursion.
How is the price worked out?
Choose a hotel, your dates, room type and meal plan in the booking form. The estimate uses that hotel's current rate per person per night, multiplied by your nights, plus everything included in the package. We confirm the final price and availability with your quote before you pay anything.
Can we stay longer or change the hotel?
Yes. Pick any check-in and check-out dates, and choose any of the listed resorts. If you would like a hotel that is not on the list, write it in your requests and we will quote it.
Can we have connecting or family rooms?
Choose the number of rooms in the form and write "family room" or "connecting rooms" in your requests. We check what each resort can offer.
Do we pay online?
No. You send an enquiry, we check availability and send you a quote. You only pay once you are happy with the quote.
