Frequently asked questions

What is included in the photos?

Photos are included in the Exclusive Walk with Lions and Big Cat Encounter Exclusivity.

How many people can join the exclusive drive thru?

Up to 10 people.

Who can take part in the encounters?

Guests must be 15 or over and taller than 1.50 m. The keepers make the final decision on the day for everyone's safety.

Which option should I choose?

Choose the Walk with Lions for time on foot beside the lions, the Big Cat Encounter for three species, or the private drive thru if you have younger guests or a group of up to 10.

Is the price per group?

Yes, this experience is priced per group or vehicle, not per person, so it works out cheaper for larger parties. Check the maximum group size before booking.

Which days does it run?

Predator Kingdom activities run Monday to Saturday. Park opening hours can change with the season, so we confirm the time slot when you book.

Do I need a separate Casela park ticket?

Most Casela activities need park access. Some packages include it; if yours does not, we can add the entry ticket when we confirm your booking.

How do I book?

Send us an enquiry on this page or message us on WhatsApp with your date and the number of guests. We check availability, confirm the price in writing and only then ask you to pay.

Can you arrange a hotel pick-up?

Yes. Tell us where you are staying and we will quote a return transfer. The price depends on the distance from your hotel.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Tell us as early as possible. Change and cancellation terms depend on the operator, and we confirm them in writing before you pay.
